Vimpi Gear Pumps
Internal gear pumps to handle thin or extremely viscous liquids - up to 2 000 000 SSU. From ¼" to 6" connection sizes and capacities up to 120m3/h.
Pumps are available in general purpose or heavy-duty configuration, they can be supplied with integral relief valves to prevent damage to the pump or system. Temperatures up to 400ºC. Materials of Construction: Cast Iron, Bronze, Steel, and Stainless Steel.
Price Pumps
The pumps can run dry indefinitely without damage. No shaft seals or gland packing. Infinitely variable flow & discharge pressure from 0 to pump’s maximum by adjusting air pressure.
One pump can fit a broad spectrum of applications. Gentle non-shearing action. If discharge is clogged or closed pump stops immediately; no power consumed, no heat, no wear.
By opening discharge, flow starts automatically. Operates submerged or with flooded suction. Self- priming from a dry start. Pressure up to 100 PSI (7 bar).
Helical Rotor Pumps
Pumps from 40mm to 150mm connection sizes and capacities from up to 100m3/h.
Pumps are able to handle liquids containing abrasive particles and random larger solids.
Positive displacement pumps with pressure up to 60 bar.
Simple maintenance with no special skills or tools required.
Materials of construction: Cast Iron or stainless Steel
Elastomers available in a wide range of options.
Centrifugal Pumps
A full range of centrifugal pumps, close coupled or bare shaft also conforming to DIN24255. Pumps are available in a variety of materials to cope with liquids from water to aggressive acids/alkali's.
Chemical Dosing Pumps
A full range of pumps - piston and diaphragm type with ancillary equipment such as injection nozzles, loading valves and pulsation dampers.
Available in Stainless Steel and a variety of plastics.
Valves
Jacketed valves, Three way valves. Spay bar valves.
